2025 North Carolina Action Behavior Centers - Action Week

Earlier this year, I had the privilege of diving into the heart of Action Behavior Center's (ABC) dynamic community during their renowned Action Week. This annual event, celebrated with enthusiasm in the Raleigh and Charlotte areas, embodies the core values that define ABC: Team, Learning, Caring, Excellence, and Fun.

Throughout the week, I conducted insightful interviews with a diverse group of ABC employees, ranging from new Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to the esteemed Clinical Director. These conversations aimed to highlight the unique perspectives and shared dedication of team members across various roles, showcasing the inclusive and supportive environment at ABC where every voice matters.

After engaging with nine members of the ABC team, I meticulously curated and edited the footage into a captivating recap of Action Week in the North Carolina region. This project was a testament not only to the vibrant spirit of ABC but also to the invaluable contributions of each team member.
